Every born again believer in Jesus Christ has been given everything for life and godliness. So why do so many Christians continue hoarding wrong mindsets and sin? Because we don't want the Holy Spirit to guide us in every moment of our lives. We would rather only ask for His help when it's convenient for us.

When we learn to be led by the Holy Spirit, we will no longer want to hold onto or do what our sinful nature craves. This is the freedom from sin, self, and death that Jesus died for. It's a completely new reality of placing our trust in God and obeying His command to love and care for each other more than ourselves.

We can do His work because we know that He will supply what we need. His promise of abundant life cannot always be measured in the tangible things of the world, but it is evident when we are unshaken by trouble and hold fast to righteousness, peace, and joy.
